Job Responsibilities :
  • Daily Sales and Buys checking and verification
  • Preparation of cheque payment (AP) & invoices (AR)
  • Preparation of Store Closing Report
  • Preparation of monthly accounts closing (GL)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of monthly / audit schedules
  • Support general office admin duties such as handle telephone enquiries and ordering office supplies
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements :
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in accounting role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Responsible, meticulous with good communication skills
  • Good team player with positive working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately
