- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing
- Liaising with insurers to generate quotations
- Following up on any sent quotations to identify any renewals/review of policies
- Attend to phone calls and email enquiries on matters on general insurance needs
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE qualifications and above.
- Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
- 1 - 2 years of working experience.
- General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI) will be an added advantage. Candidate without experience are welcome to apply
- Good reading and verbal communications skills in Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking clients on phone calls and email enquiries on matters pertaining to general insurance needs
