Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Operations
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the operational team
  • Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
  • Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
  • Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Timely submission of monthly management reports
  • Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies


Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
