- Provide guidance and leadership to the operational team
- Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
- Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
- Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
- Timely submission of monthly management reports
- Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
