Admin Assistant - JL

Work Location: North / Central / East / West
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: $2300 - $2700 per month
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle basic office tasks like filing, typing, and organising documents.
  • Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel plans.
  • Keep track of office supplies and work with vendors.
  • Answer calls, emails, and help with enquiries.
  • Help with events, projects, and other office jobs when needed.

Requirements:
  • Diploma and above
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
