Contract Details

  • Contract Period: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026
  • ⏰ Working Hours:
    Monday - Friday:
    9 hours/day (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
    Shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to Authority's discretion)
    Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations

  • Welcome visitors, students, parents, and vendors professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a warm and professional front desk presence.

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage documents, data entry, and office organisation.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.

Event Support

  • Assist with school activities, events, and examination periods.
  • Provide logistical coordination for special programmes.

General Duties

  • Support school leaders and administration managers.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Pleasant personality, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
  • Team player with good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in modern office technologies and computer applications.
  • Preferably GCE O-Levels or relevant administrative work experience.
  • Physically able to climb stairs daily (General Office is at Level 2 without lift access).
