Position Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the events calendar for the Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery departments
- Conceptualise and execute departmental events and outreach activities
- Develop marketing strategies and patient education materials relevant to the departments
- Create content for EDMs, posters, digital panels, and social media platforms
- Build awareness of departmental services across digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Review and update website content, improve user navigation, and collaborate with clinicians for content development
- Create engaging visual content (e.g. videos, reels) for clinic digital displays
- Monitor SEO trends, assess digital content performance, and refine strategies for improved visibility
- Draft memos, briefs, and invitations for departmental events
- Undertake other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
