  1. The position will play a key role in developing and refining HR frameworks that support our operational teams.
  2. Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory standards and tailored to the unique needs of a facility management workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support operational efficiency and compliance with MOM regulations
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to support contract mobilization and manpower forecasting
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align HR strategies with service delivery goals
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data
  • Support audits, ISO certifications, and statutory reporting related to HR functions
  • Maintain and improve SOPs from time to time to fit the business exigencies and operations needs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for FM roles

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
