- The position will play a key role in developing and refining HR frameworks that support our operational teams.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory standards and tailored to the unique needs of a facility management workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies that support operational efficiency and compliance with MOM regulations
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to support contract mobilization and manpower forecasting
- Collaborate with operations teams to align HR strategies with service delivery goals
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data
- Support audits, ISO certifications, and statutory reporting related to HR functions
- Maintain and improve SOPs from time to time to fit the business exigencies and operations needs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for FM roles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
