What you'll be doing

• Design and implement integrated campaigns that highlight initiatives, innovations, and people, with impactful social media and digital content
• Develop and roll out staff engagement strategies that strengthen organisational identity and values
• Provide strategic counsel on branding, editorial direction, and stakeholder communications
• Formulate and maintain crisis communication plans, and contribute to emergency preparedness activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing/ Journalism or related studies
• 3 - 5 years' of working experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong record of successful communications campaigns preferably within the healthcare sector
• Skilled in leveraging a range of communication platforms and tools
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; detail-oriented and results-focused
• Capable of managing concurrent projects under tight timelines
• Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic workplace
