Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle billing, payments, and record-keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist clients with basic inquiries about services, products, and procedures
- Communicate efficiently with veterinarians, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless operations
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or reception (veterinary or medical setting preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with booking and billing software
- Friendly, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to work weekends
