- Act as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, handling enquiries, and greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Oversee office maintenance, facilities management, and support the coordination of internal and external meetings or events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment, including pantry and stationery supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier services-both local and international.
- Prepare and track expense reports with accurate documentation and receipts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa applications.
- Respond to calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide personal assistant support to senior management when required.
- Support general administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative and receptionist roles.
- Experience supporting a mid- to large-sized team is preferred.
- Familiarity with travel coordination and expense claim processes is an advantage.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A positive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
