Admin Assistant - JL


APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD.
Work Location: North / Central / East / West
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: $2300 - $2500 per month
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize records, documents, and databases to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars if required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma and above
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
