The Job:
The Person:
- Identify & Leverage IT Opportunities:
Proactively identify and implement opportunities across user experience, process automation, data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement - Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives:
Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives - Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance to ensure successful project execution and innovation - Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive change adoption. Implement structured change management strategies to support business transformation and solution sustainability - Data Security & Regulatory Compliance:
Act as a Data Protection Officer. Implement and uphold data security policies and best practices to protect sensitive information. Ensure all digital solutions and operations comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards - Governance, Risk Management & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date SOPs, audit logs, and project documentation to support transparency, risk management, and audit readiness - Strategic Reporting & Insights:
Deliver timely and insightful reports to management, providing visibility into project status, key performance indicators, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in IT infrastructure, data analytics, business intelligence tools, and process automation.
- Solid understanding of AI integration, cybersecurity principles, and current/emerging technology trends.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
