Job Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery coordination
  • Create and upload invoices; match POs, DOs, and invoices
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat professionally
  • Handle complaints, order adjustments, or urgent requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and suggest process improvements where necessary

Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • Fast learner with a positive working attitude
