Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors; handle inbound calls professionally
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle and maintain records of incoming and outgoing local and overseas documents
  • Purchasing of office supplies
  • Liaise with building management and vendors on office facilities matters
  • Manage travel bookings and arrangements
  • Assist on organizing of company events
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

✅ Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level and above
  • 1-3 years of receptionist and administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
