Admin Assistant


VIVOPRESS CORPORATION PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide admin and operational support to the team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Manage logistics, including courier arrangements and deliveries
  • Follow-up with clients and suppliers
  • Handle calls, walk in enquiries and preparing paper work
  • Handle payments and assist in accounting and data entry
  • Maintain and update the company's website with accurate product information
  • Double checking artwork to ensure accuracy during peak periods
  • Ad-hoc projects to improve internal processes or contribute to marketing initiatives.


Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or higher Nitec qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bilingual communication (Mandarin and English) to handle supplier and client coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks without needing constant supervision.

  • Location: 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley BizHub 2, #01-39, 408734 (Taiseng MRT)
  • 5 days a week, Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm
