Requirements
- To ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
- Able to independently perform financial reporting data analysis and review.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statement.
- Responsible for preparation of Balance Sheet and audit schedules.
- Manage credit control.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal or external parties to support operation and intercompany activities.
- Prepare corporate tax computation and liaising with tax agendts at year end.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies.
- Support budgeting exercise.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks when assigned.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting/equivalent or Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA etc)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on and full set accounts experience in commercial environment from F&B or Retail industry in Singapore.
- Knowledge of Netsuites system and Power BI an added advantage.
- Audit experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to work together as a team.
- Highly driven and efficient, self-initiative and confident to carry out assignment effectively in a fast pace environment.
