We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to join a reputable firm as an Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team to deliver high-quality audit services within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end audit process for assigned engagements - including planning, fieldwork, reporting, resolution of issues, and finalisation of audit files.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and quality deliverables, while maintaining effective communication and relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the audit team, ensuring expectations are well-managed and services are aligned with clients' business needs.
• Contribute to the budgeting process by forecasting billing and collection timelines, and support timely invoicing and follow-up on receivables.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a public accounting or audit environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to guide and coach junior team members.
• Solid technical knowledge of auditing standards and a good understanding of IT processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
