As a Senior Leader in LMS, you will own the execution of the LMS Strategy for your assigned region. You will play an integral role in leading and shaping the LMS Strategy by partnering with constituents and executing LMS' go-to-market plans. From service delivery-including Audit, Due Diligence, Assurance, Cloud Right, and related people-process-tools opportunities-you will be successful at improving our delivery and stakeholder engagement models.

Description

Your constituents include customers, LMS and LMS support functions, account leadership teams, approvers, legal, and any third parties approved to provide services in your region. Your team may consist of consultants, managers, and directors who will complement your capabilities through their deep knowledge of licensing and service delivery. Your stakeholders may have competing priorities, and your proven business skills-coupled with strong soft skills and situational awareness-will drive the right outcomes for Oracle and our customers. Your success in focusing on optimal results will be evident through your ability to listen, assess, and plot the course forward.

You (and your team) will be viewed and sought after as the License Compliance experts for your region. As Oracle continues helping customers transition workloads and applications to Oracle Cloud, you will play an integral role in assisting customers in making compliant decisions across on-premise, hybrid, multi-cloud, and pure cloud infrastructures. Your ability to adapt and align the LMS business with urgency and in line with stakeholder needs is essential. Your aptitude for partnering across all levels is critical to ensuring business needs are satisfied and completed. Diplomacy will be exercised during all engagements, and the right business outcomes will be driven through collaboration and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will be a change agent, influencing relevant parties to improve our business processes and team operations. You understand that relationships are key to your and your team's success, with the customer as your core focus.

Responsibilities

Success will also be cemented through your and your team's ongoing responsibilities and framework, including:
  • Oversight and development of short- and long-range business plans, including account and resourcing plans
  • Frequent assessment of regional coverage requirements and development of detailed resource plans, considering cost ratios and internal capabilities
  • Preserving the integrity of service delivery-both audit and non-audit-while adhering to company policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Orchestrating business strategy so that all constituents understand clear paths to achieve compliance
  • Preventing and resolving conflict through thought leadership and sound business judgment; leading necessary discussions to ensure clarity and resolution
  • Cultivating a high-performance culture by setting well-defined goals aligned with the LMS Strategy and assessing performance consistently
  • Maturing the team's knowledge of best practices and creating growth opportunities, including succession plans; showcasing and replicating high performance
  • Promoting a team environment of inclusiveness and respect where every member feels a strong sense of belonging and support
  • Inspiring others in times of change

Qualifications:
  • CISA, ITIL certifications a plus
  • Proven experience engaging with executive levels, including the C-suite
  • 8-10 years of experience in people management and building teams
  • Financial or IT/asset audit experience, preferably with Oracle technology
  • Customer service experience, internal and/or external
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
