Electro-Acoustics Systems Pte Ltd (EAS) is an established audio-visual company providing multimedia system integration services, facility maintenance services and distribution of equipment in South-East Asia. We are seeking a hands-on and independent Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and supervise operations across procurement, logistics, and administration.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is ideal for professionals aiming to broaden their business exposure and develop into future finance leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL), month-end closing, and reconciliations
• Oversee procurement activities and inventory control
• Prepare and present cash flow updates, financial reports, and budgets to management
• Handle GST submissions and coordinate with auditors on statutory requirements
• Provide guidance and supervision to accounts, procurement, logistics, and admin team members
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) a must
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in construction, distribution, or IT sectors is an advantage
