About Our Client

Our client is a leading Japan-headquartered multinational in the semiconductor equipment industry, publicly listed with a strong global presence. The Singapore office serves as a key regional hub, supporting a wide range of functions including sales, manufacturing support, logistics, and corporate governance across Asia-Pacific.

Job Description

• Plan and execute SOX, financial, operational, and IT audits across APAC and global locations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess key risks and design appropriate audit programs
• Draft audit reports with findings and practical recommendations for control enhancement
• Engage with site and regional management to follow up on audit issues and corrective actions
• Maintain audit documentation and work papers aligned with professional standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and contribute to enterprise risk management and internal control initiatives
• Participate in global internal audit projects and share best practices across regions

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years of audit experience from Big 4 or MNC (Internal audit)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA) are advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk assessment techniques
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally to support audit activities and regional stakeholders across multiple countries
• Conversational Mandarin will be required to liaise with regional counterparts in China and Taiwan frequently
