About Our Client

Job Description

• Record, reconcile, and manage all general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports to provide timely and relevant financial information.
• Handle project invoicing in accordance with contracts and terms, ensuring all project invoices are issued accurately and on time.
• Oversee the recording and management of project costs, maintaining precise financial records.
• Assist in audit, corporate tax, and GST/indirect tax processes, including the preparation of schedules and the handling of queries from auditors and tax consultants.
• Provide support in corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated
