Responsibilities

• Book keeping and submission of e-invoices
• Accounts receivable management
• Responsible for handling full set of accounts
• Prepare and submits GST on a quarterly basis
• Generate reports for claims and different purposes
• Liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretaries, and bankers for audit, financial and banking matters
• Company tax

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of Singapore tax and statutory regulations and accounting standards
• Applicants must be familiar with Quick Book, QBO or similar accounting software.
• Part-Time position - to work in the company once a week (9am to 6pm)
