Job Description

• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate recognition of financial records, including inventory accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, forex and intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash forecasts on a monthly basis
• Assist with tax preparation and audits
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Support ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Executive / Senior Specialist should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. ACCA, CPA, or CA qualifications are advantageous but not required
• Proven experience in managing general ledger accounting, inventory reconciliations, and foreign exchange accounting in a multi-currency environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
