We are looking for a Personal Assistant with a background in accounting and familiarity with investments. The ideal candidate will support our executive team and assist with financial tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform investment analysis.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.
  • Organize financial documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Any other relevant tasks assigned by immediate supervisor


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in accounting.
  • Knowledge of investment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
