Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional and SME lead for Transfer Agency operations, including monitoring of unit trust subscription/redemption processes and liaising with appointed Fund Registrars.

• Lead ETF operations support, including handling subscription/redemption activities and engaging with participating dealers.

• Administer swing pricing from the Transfer Agency perspective and ensure proper application of ETF duties and charges.

• Perform daily unit trust fund valuation and review NAV pricing for outsourced unit trust funds.

• Conduct CPFIS expense ratio checks and ongoing monitoring.

• Validate fund-level GST remission claims, sales commissions, trailer fees, and rebate computations.

• Oversee fund expense processing, including verification of management fees, rebates, and other charges.

• Support middle office in fund expense validation.

• Prepare and submit SGX reporting for ETFs.

• Review unit trust statutory reports (semi-annual and annual), and coordinate with valuation agents to ensure financial statements comply with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.

• Provide operational support for new unit trust launches, fund reshaping, and terminations/maturities from a fund accounting and Transfer Agency standpoint.

• Provide coverage support for Hong Kong operations, including reporting requirements for HK ETFs and Authorised Funds, and filings to the SFC and HKEX.

• Address internal and external queries, support issue resolution, and ensure service quality.

• Report, rectify, and implement controls for operational errors.

• Participate in projects and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
