Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fund accounting tasks, including preparing NAV calculations and reconciling positions.
• Review and maintain fee accruals, fund accounting reports, and key documents like the chart of accounts and trial balance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Respond promptly to queries from stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of clear and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with auditors, team members, and clients to support the audit process.
• Assist in preparing tax-related reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives by coordinating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational transitions for new fund management initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification.
• A minimum of two years of experience in fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
