Job Scope:

• Oversee all accounting functions (Full Sets of Accounts)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and timely regulatory submissions (e.g., GST, corporate tax)
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee accounting systems with IT vendor support
• Review and update accounting SOPs to ensure alignment with regulations and practices
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes
• Lead, guide, and manage the Accounts team, including workload planning, training, and performance management
• Liaise with auditors to support annual audits
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Min 3 years experience of relevant accounting experience
• Expeirence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage
• Working Location: East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (830am - 545pm), 1 Saturday shift every month (830am-230pm)
• Salary: Up to $6500
• Able to start work within short notice
