Accounting / AuditingJob Responsibilities:
• Administer the accounts receivables function for the different channels of sales for the company including
restaurants, hotels, pubs, supermarkets and online sales
• Monitor and reconcile bank balances and credit notes as issued to customers
• Remind customers on the timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• At management's direction set credit terms for each customer.
• Maintain the company's product list in the company's ERP system
• Generate tax invoices and delivery orders alongside sales / logistics team
• Process staff expense claims and ensure proper authorization of claims
• Assist on ad-hoc matters as assigned by management.
Job requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1 year or more years of relevant working experience in the related field is required
• Accounting certificates is a must.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking/Payment, Month End closing, Project Costing and
Petty Cash Reimbursement.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred. On the job training with respect to the
company's ERP system will be provided
• Proactive, diligent and responsible character

We have a strong sales presence in the premium segment of the market covering hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and various online platforms. We wish to work with team members who are pro-active and able to work in a dynamic work environment.
Additional Info:
• 5-day work week. 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
(Earlier start and end preferred)
• Additional allowance / time off will be provided for employees who are able to work half day on Saturday or
Sunday morning.
• Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.
• Medical allowance towards the purchase of private insurance or use by employee of wellness activities
• All employees are covered on workman's injury insurance.
