Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank transactions, and fixed assets.
• Record and review journal entries such as accruals, amortization, and foreign exchange adjustments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and reports.
• Perform accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Verify bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage AP functions, including invoice verification, purchase order matching, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Oversee AR processes, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensuring accurate aging reports.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, including asset acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and revaluation.
• Prepare and submit corporate tax and withholding tax filings; coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants.
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary schedules and ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA or CA.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting manager or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in full sets of accounts, corporate and withholding tax, and financial reporting.
• Meticulous, analytical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
