Qualifications and Skills
- Establish and maintain robust processes, such as periodic reconciliation of account balances
- Perform transactions in financial systems for monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) and internal controls for fixed assets accounting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed fixed assets register and reports.
- Troubleshoot system issues, partner with relevant parties, and monitor system change requests to implement improvements.
- Manage users' access to financial systems and CorpPass.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
- Extract and analyze financial data using HTX financial systems.
- Support annual audit processes.
- Work with various departments on financial and accounting implications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director (Corp & Finance) and Deputy Director (Financial Accounting).
Qualifications and Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or IT environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP and financial system implementation is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Government IMs.
- Responsible with good written and communication skills.
