About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Audit Partner to take on a leadership role within our firm. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in auditing, compliance, and financial reporting. The Audit Partner will be responsible for managing assurance engagements, guiding the audit team, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight on audit engagements across multiple industries.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements set by ACRA.
• Offer mentorship and leadership to the audit team, fostering growth and professional development.
• Drive business expansion efforts, strengthening existing partnerships and securing new clients.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop innovative strategies for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, representing the firm in industry and professional networks.

Requirements

• Holds a valid Practising Certificate and is a registered Public Accountant with ACRA.
• Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) with the CA Singapore designation.
• Strong experience in audit, assurance, or public accounting roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and drive firm-wide initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of audit standards, financial reporting regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A visionary mindset with business acumen to contribute to firm growth and success.
