Support the manager in planning and executing operational strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead team meetings and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met. Manage schedules, including coordinating staff shifts and approving time-off requests. Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, provide financial analytical assistance and oversight to accounting functions. Assistant managers report to the management with regards to the finances of the organization or establishment.
