Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading integrated audit, or investigations, advisory & other ad-hoc assignments. Ensure quality and timely delivery of assignments
• Accountable for the timely planning, fieldwork and completion of deliverables
• Provides leadership and technical knowledge to lead and drive efforts of analytical review
• Prepares audit and investigation reports to the senior leadership and the ARC
• Manages resources to meet audit and investigation deadlines, including ad hoc work requirements
• Regular engagements with stakeholders to build strong professional rapport, including sharing of emerging risk trends as well as industry best practices
• Mentors and coaches of junior audit team members, including professional development to raise the bench strength of GIA, and implementation of the guest auditor program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualifications or certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent are preferred
• Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience covering business processes, internal control, risk management framework, IT general controls, data analytics, or investigative special reviews-
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and strong knowledge of data analytic tools with the ability to analyse large datasets to identify risks and control deficiencies
• Solid understanding of audit standards such as the Institute of Internal Auditors' International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
• Good knowledge of audit procedures and techniques to plan, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes
• Working experience in performing investigations, including conduct of interviews, and gathering and analysis of evidence to support appropriate conclusions
