Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accounting booking compliance with Group reporting guideline and local reporting guideline.
• To check accounting booking in SAP and ensure the accuracy, ensure monthly/quarterly closing quality.
• Prepare local GAAP report, deliver reports to external and internal parties, and make adjustment for GAAP difference, and monitor changes.
• Yearly audit coordination. Audit report review.
• Coordinate and check monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing and related party transactions report.
• As consultant and coordinator on finance fields, give advice and solution on the questions from All Departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder in relevant discipline
• 5 + years of experience in key financial functions in manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with cash flow management, end-to-end accounting processes, costing accounting and tax compliance and strategic tax planning
• Handle Inventory valuation, IRA, Inventory Aging Report including (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods) for financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines in both IFRS and US GAAP, familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of both Singapore and China would be value added.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore tax legislation.
• Proficiency in solving specialized finance problems and making decisions on unique financial matters
• Responsible and reliable with good communication skills, English and Chinese can both be used as working languages who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholder.
