Accountant

De Beaute Beauty & Slimming Pte Ltd is a leading provider of premium beauty and wellness services in Singapore., seeking an experienced Accountant to join the dynamic team. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our company.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Accounting Background: Relevant experience or education in accounting/finance.
• AR & AP Handling: Able to manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
• Software Skills: Proficient in MYOB or other accounting software.
• GST Knowledge: Familiar with GST filing and compliance.
• Stock & Inventory: Manage company stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Admin Support: Assist with general admin tasks as needed.
• Full Set Accounts (Advantage): Experience in handling full set accounts is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous, efficient, and able to meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Willing to learn and work well with others.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday as needed)

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
