*Seeking for an Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) exposure)*

THE COMPANY

With their growth strategy in place, they seek to expand their reach in their Commodities Trading business. Currently, they seek for a Settlements Executive to be part of their accounting team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify document for debtors payments
• Process debtors payments
• Prepare Statement of Accounts
• Check purchase and sales contract
• Help reconcile foreign companies transactions
• Check trade completed with trade incoterms
• Ensure completeness of deal entry with signed contracts
• Liaise with counterparts and other related entities to settle payments
• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of Settlements /Accounts or Accounts Receivables (AR) experience in a Commodities trading company or any other industry sectors
• Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
