Accounting / Auditing- Data entry capability and office administration
- To handle partial/full sets of accounts for clients in various industries
- Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Inventory to carry out reconcilation, vetting vouchers, matching documents, process billing for creditors and trade debtors,etc.
- Maintain cash books & records of all cash & cheques, pay transaction, & reconcile all bank statements with the cash book
- Preparation & submission of GST returns
- Reconcile Bank's statement, creditors statement, Accounts receivables report, General ledger etc
- Reconcile Payroll statement & CPF statement
- Reeconile Inter-company's transaction and balancing accounts
- Preparation of Financial statements and audited/un audited schedules
Job Requirements: -
- Process relevant experience or professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum two years of accounting experience
- Details oriented & sharp in figures
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates working in Bookkeeping company is an added advantage
- Candidates with relevant years of experiences and skills will be considered for Executive position
