  • Data entry capability and office administration
  • To handle partial/full sets of accounts for clients in various industries
  • Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Inventory to carry out reconcilation, vetting vouchers, matching documents, process billing for creditors and trade debtors,etc.
  • Maintain cash books & records of all cash & cheques, pay transaction, & reconcile all bank statements with the cash book
  • Preparation & submission of GST returns
  • Reconcile Bank's statement, creditors statement, Accounts receivables report, General ledger etc
  • Reconcile Payroll statement & CPF statement
  • Reeconile Inter-company's transaction and balancing accounts
  • Preparation of Financial statements and audited/un audited schedules

Job Requirements: -
  • Process relevant experience or professional accounting qualifications
  • Minimum two years of accounting experience
  • Details oriented & sharp in figures
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Candidates working in Bookkeeping company is an added advantage
  • Candidates with relevant years of experiences and skills will be considered for Executive position
