Role and responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Responsible for complex balance sheets, P&L statements and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Provide monthly detailed variance analysis for both balance sheet and profit and loss items, supporting management reporting.
• Perform monthly cashflow forecast
• Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits.
• Communicating with various stakeholders for new initiatives and processes improvement
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior external audit experience will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders across different divisions and regions
• Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and hands-on.
