• Financial Reporting: Oversee and manage the financial reporting process for the listed company and selected subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with SGX listing rules and SFRS(I) standards.
• Group Consolidation: Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Books & Records: Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the listed entity and specific subsidiaries, ensuring integrity in all financial transactions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SGX listing requirements and other relevant regulatory obligations.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth, timely, and accurate audit processes.
• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal control systems to uphold the quality and reliability of financial reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, including variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Track and assess financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and consolidation processes, boosting efficiency and accuracy.
