Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely, accurate filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating model and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processes;
• Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with client.
• Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end finance processes, support the implementation of relevant technology platforms to support / elevate the effectiveness and productivity of the day-to-day function within the team;
• Work closely with Directors in proposal development and to bring the range of finance and other competency offerings to the clients; and
• Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal and external resources to provide value-adding recommendations for clients.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
• SCTP Tax Accreditation (Income tax and GST) is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years of experience in outsourced accounting services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting software; knowledge of RPA and automation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management, objective, good interpersonal and communication skills and possess good problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
