- **Finance, Administration & HR Management:** Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting; manage administrative functions such as payroll, benefits, and equipment; and handle human resources including recruitment, training, and employee development. Ensure seamless integration of these functions to achieve company objectives.
- **Organizational Development:** Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes, leading teams, cultivating a motivational work environment, and driving innovation.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the administrative operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
- Oversee procurement, documentation, and inventory records related to building material supplies.
- Support and work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
- Handle internal and external communications, reporting, and business documentation.
- Supervise and guide junior administrative staff, providing mentorship and support.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate contract documentation.
- Analyze administrative processes and propose improvements for enhanced productivity.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operations management role, within the construction or building materials industry as no on job training would be provided.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, procurement, and project coordination.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain a good atttitude and relationship with our clients
- Willing to work on weekends due to nature of work
