Position Summary:

As an Audit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in external audits, financial reviews, and risk assessments under the supervision of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the audit team in performing external audit engagements for clients across various industries.
• Perform substantive testing of account balances and transactions.
• Support in the preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
• Help in the verification of financial data and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, receivable, and payable reconciliations under guidance.
• Assist in preparing audit confirmations and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of audit documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions, where appropriate.
• Provide general administrative support to the audit team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
