Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Full spectrum of accounting (AP, AR & GL);

2. Generate billings to customers;

3. Responsible for month end & year end closing of accounts;

4. Handle petty cash reimbursement submitted by staff;

5. Prepares financial statements and management reports;

6. Assist to prepare consolidated accounts schedules;

7. Prepare XBRL file for annual return filling;

8. Prepare forecast cash flow reports;

9. Prepare GST return;

10. Prepare annual tax return and tax schedules;

11. Prepare forecast and budget financial statements;

12. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Requirements:
  • At least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related major;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn;
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to manage client portfolio;
