Role Summary:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to manage the complete spectrum of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance functions within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, cash flow projections, tax filings, and budget management. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including consolidated statements, cash flow analyses, and tax returns.
• Implement and monitor adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and governance policies.
• Prepare annual reports, statutory financial statements, and management-level financial reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or a recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Minimum of 4 years of practical financial experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Brings along experience in managing SGX reporting and group consolidation.
• Demonstrated auditing skills gained in a medium or large accounting firm are preferred.
