Requirements
- Prepare and/or review audit documentation related to corporate governance and financial reporting.
- Perform assigned engagement tasks while ensuring compliance with professional standards.
- Identify and recommend solutions for key accounting and auditing issues.
- Review supporting information for assurance reports in alignment with applicable frameworks.
- Regularly assess and enhance the effectiveness of the control system to mitigate risks and strengthen the organization's control culture.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop technical expertise and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years with any of the Big 4 accounting firms
- Exposure to the Financial services sector is a must
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
