  1. Qualification: Master in Commerce/ Graduation in Accountancy
  2. Over 8-10 Yrs experiences in Managing Accounts
  3. Having experience With local and Foreign clients/entities
  4. Handled Chart of accounts for large volume of transactions
  5. Worked on GST domestic and exposed to international laws
  6. Having good understanding of Taxes and Compliance Domestic and have internation with local govt agencies
  7. Hands knowledge/experience in Accounting software
  8. Experience of handling the team
  9. Having good work experience in generating Management reports
  10. Having experience in advising stakeholders for improvement of existing processes
  11. Ability to understand both domestic and internal corporate laws
  12. Ability to conduct and participate in finance reports/reviews
  13. Good understanding of Local and regional Tax compliance IRS etc.
  14. Exposure to review contracts will be an added advantage
