Job Opening Title: Senior WSH Auditor

Occupation : Senior Auditor

Working Day/hour: 9am-6pm (M-F) on-site / 9am-1pm (Sat) - {work-from-home}

Working location: Bukit Merah, Singapore {but will be shifting to Tannery Lane in Q2 2025}

Salary range: SGD$5000 to SGD$6500

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare audit documents for workplace safety and health (WSH), and quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) audits

• Perform WSH and/or QEHS audits individually or as a team

• Lead an audit team during WSH or QEHS audits

• Prepare WSH / QEHS audit reports and submit within the required timeline

• Able to observe, analyze and provide appropriate recommendations during WSH and QEHS audits

• Maintain objectivity and high levels of professionalism

• Develop training materials and conduct trainings in relation to WSH and QEHS

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager (GM) or by whomever the GM so designates

Minimum Requirement

• At least 5 years as registered WSH Officers.

• At least 5 years' experience (include participation) in WSH and QEHS management system audits or reviews.

• Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore Workforce Skill Qualifications (WSQ) Framework for WSH Professional (Level "D")

Other preferred requirements:

• Approved WSH Auditor under SAC-AO scheme.

• Diploma/Degree in OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) / Civil Engineering / Building / M&E.

• Successfully completed Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.

• Attended Best Practices for Green and Gracious Builder - Improving Performance and Site Practices.

• Advance Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
