What you'll be doing

• Assist in coordinating all internal and external audits related to Human Resource
• Support the consolidation and submission of HR responses to recommendations from external auditors and internal audit team
• Conduct audit checks in line with the HR Governance Annual Work Plan
• Coordinate the annual HR Policy Review Exercise, including updates to the HR Policy Directory and maintenance of the policy and forms repository
• Assist in managing the Annual Conflict of Interest (COI) Declaration Exercise and support related system enhancements
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR processes
• Support the maintenance of the Cluster HR Risk Registers, including the annual review process
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on governance-related matters and advise on HR policies owned by HR Governance
• Partner with HR COEs and business stakeholders to support the implementation of projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Finance/ Audit/ Compliance, preferably in a large-scale complex environment
• Solid understanding of internal audit practices, reporting, and follow-up processes
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects with sound project governance
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness
• Proficient in data analytics and interpretation
• Excellent presentation and advisory skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
