Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and analyse financial information for reporting to Management;
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
Handling of all claims and insurances renewal
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/CIT/WHT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory.
Verify on daily petty cash and monthly reimbursement claims as well as handling of staff purchase
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, (eg, invoicing, stock, cash flow and other transactions)
Analyzing of financial reports
Review and finalize accounting work completed by your team
To support any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

Degree in Accounting or related fields
At least 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting
Possesses leadership skills
Meticulous and organized
Able to plan, analyze and solve problems, conscientious and accurate
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
