Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for payment processing

• Assist in financial reconciliation and month-end closing

• Open finance-related mail for scanning and filing

• Handle other finance-related administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum education O Level/SPM or above, with credit pass in Mathematics

• Preferably with experience in healthcare, hospitality, aesthetics, or service retail sectors

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
